The owner of an existing house wanted to compare the conceptioons (including price estimation) for a renovation/extension or for a completly new project. In the pictures, you can see the project for a new building. The broadness of the area is only around 13m and we have to respect to each side 3m. The result is a long and deep house. The special wishes for the 4-person-family were a seperated TV-room, an additional guest-room and a large roof-terrace for the wide view in the free landscape.
